Lisa A. Brabant has been an associate with the Firm's Real Estate Department since 1998. Ms. Brabant has extensive experience in real estate transactions, especially matters relating to financing, lending, acquisition and disposition. She has handled the real estate financing aspects of numerous multi-state, multi-site real estate transactions. She has significant experience with regard to equity investments in real estate and sophisticated lease transactions.
Ms. Brabant received her B.B.A. from Hofstra University in 1994 and her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1998. |
