Lisa Binkley, a 20 year mortgage industry veteran joined Rapid Reporting in April 2006 as the Executive Vice President of Risk Strategy and Policy Development. Binkley’s responsibilities will include spearheading new product development, project management, customer service and strategic planning. Lisa has been recognized as a leading industry expert regarding mortgage fraud and designing initiatives for lenders to combat mortgage fraud in a pre-funding manner which is a perfect fit for the Rapid Reporting executive team. Prior to Rapid Reporting, Binkley started in the mortgage industry as a loan officer and an underwriter before joining a top mortgage lender as a quality control manager. She is skilled in all areas of residential lending from origination and underwriting through quality control and compliance. Her responsibilities included designing fraud prevention policies and programs, pre-funding and post-closing investigations, as well as early payment default and repurchase and fraud scheme identification administration. Her responsibilities included a staff of 17 with 9 of the 17 located in remote offices. Binkley also developed and presented the internal fraud prevention training for the company. Lisa is a member of the MBA QA Leadership Council, co-chair of the Fraud and Ethics committee Identity Theft white paper and is currently the chair of the 2006 QA conference committee. Prior to entering the mortgage field, Lisa was in the financial services industry licensed in Real Estate, Life & Health Insurance, and Securities. |
