Lisa Richards Rahilly is counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Boston office. As a member of the Trial Department and the Labor and Employment Group, Lisa represents clients in all aspects of labor, employment and OSHA law, including employment and OSHA-related litigation, traditional labor relations and employment and OSHA counseling.
Lisa litigates sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract and other employment-related claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She represents management clients in traditional labor relations areas, including collective bargaining, arbitrations and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Lisa regularly counsels employers on the development and implementation of personnel policies, employment agreements, sexual harassment investigations, wage and hour laws, plant closings, layoffs, employment terminations, non-competition agreements, trade secret violations, OSHA compliance and a variety of other labor and employment matters.
While in law school, Lisa was an editor of the Suffolk University Law Review.
