Lisa M. Tittemore is a partner at Bromberg & Sunstein. Lisa focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, including management of complex patent litigation, trademark and trade dress litigation, and copyright litigation. Lisa has extensive experience with the development and management of client trademark portfolios, and is the Co-Chair of the firm’s Copyright Practice Group. Experience Litigates large-scale patent infringement cases, in fields as diverse as telecommunications, computer software and hardware, consumer products, medical equipment, and plastics. Litigates issues of copyright infringement, including the successful resolution through mediation of a case involving the ground-breaking work of a prominent feminist. Litigates trademark infringement cases, including cases involving leading edge issues of personal jurisdiction, use of trademarks on the Internet, and cybersquatting. Litigates other business disputes, including running the damages portion of a case involving false advertising and commercial disparagement of musical instruments that resulted in a $20.7 million dollar jury verdict for our client. Manages prosecution and enforcement of trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including opposition proceedings and argument before the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. |
