Ms. Penpraze is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany (B.A., cum laude) and Albany Law School (J.D., cum laude). She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1999.
Ms. Penpraze's practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial transactions, bankruptcy law and public utility and telecommunications.
Ms. Penpraze also is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the Albany County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association. |
