Ms. Magalotti came to Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP in May 2007 with over 18 years experience performing legal assistant and paralegal duties mainly in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Magalotti spent seven years in the capacity of legal assistant/paralegal to the founding and managing partner of a law firm specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, as well as general litigation, probate, and criminal defense. Having worked for many years with trial attorneys specializing in injury and medical malpractice cases, she has developed excellent organizational and compositional skills, along with extensive experience drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and written discovery, and all aspects of trial preparation, including preparation of trial notebooks, trial briefs, jury instructions, exhibits, and trial notebooks.
