Lisa M. Kaderabek is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in its Chicago office. She is part of the Health Department and focuses her practice on securities offerings, including joint ventures, physician/hospital syndications and tax-exempt bond financings, captive insurance, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, corporate governance and formation.
She advises and represents a wide variety of clients, including issuers and underwriters of publicly and privately offered securities, including bonds, financial institutions, hospitals, other health care and medical equipment providers, captive insurance industry participants, business corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. She is a frequent lecturer on securities laws, corporate governance and the impact of federal and state securities laws on health care transactions.
