As executive vice president, government relations, investor services, and compliance, Ms. Getson manages marketing, new product development, corporate identity, respiratory clinical service, accreditation, clinical regulatory compliance and the company's home-delivered respiratory medications business, Apria Pharmacy Network. Lisa has spent her career in healthcare, having worked for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in the mid-1980s and one of the largest publicly traded home infusion providers in the country. In 1994, she joined an Apria predecessor company as director of business development/infusion, was promoted to vice president in 1996 and to senior vice president in 1997. Since April 2002 as executive vice president, her expanded responsibilities include representing the company in Washington, D.C. on legislative issues affecting the home care industry and patients. Over the years, Lisa has held various board roles in non-profit organizations and trade associations. She is a graduate of Florida State University, a founding member of the U.S. Women Business Leaders of the Healthcare Industry Foundation, was nominated for the Women in Business Award among Orange County, California businesswomen and named to the Home Health 100, a homecare industry advisory panel in 2003. |
