USN Communications, 121 F.Supp. 2d 1183 (N.D. Ill. 2000). Representingaccounting firm clients, such as KPMG LLP, Arthur Andersen LLP, and Deloitte & Touche LLP, in federal class action securities fraud cases, as well as state court negligence actions brought by former audit clients and lenders to audit clients. Representing purchasers in arbitrations with sellers regarding the calculation of the purchase price for the transaction. Before joining Eimer Stahl, Lisa was an associate at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP in Chicago. Lisa graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law in 1995.
