Lisa Smith joined Parkway Realty Services, then known as Eastover Realty, in September 1993 bringing with her diverse background of managing and leasing multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail properties. As Senior Vice-President of Parkway Properties, she is responsible for the asset management of eleven commercial office buildings containing approximately 1,700,000 rentable square feet. Her duties include: financial planning and review, overseeing of capital and leasehold improvements, analyzing assets for purchase, and understanding the office building markets in five Florida submarkets.
Her resume includes previous property management positions in four firms - Trammell Crow Company in Jackson, Mississippi; Peachtree City Development Corporation in Peachtree City, Georgia; the Woodruff Company in Atlanta, Georgia, and International Property Management, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. |
