Lisa Koch Hulle joined the Company in 2002 as Manager of Regulatory Affairs was promoted to Senior Manager in 2002 to Director in 2003 to Senior Director in 2005 and to Vice President of Regulatory Affairs in 2007. Prior to joining the Company from 1991 to 2002 Ms. Koch Hulle held positions with Alliance Pharmaceutical Corporation a publicly held company developing contrast agents a treatment for acute respiratory distress syndrome and a temporary oxygen carrier (blood substitute). At Alliance Ms. Koch Hulle was responsible for supporting and developing regulatory submissions strategy and communications with domestic and international regulatory authorities. During her 11-year tenure at Alliance which saw the approval and commercialization of two imaging compounds Imagent® GI (perflubron) and Imagent® US (perflexane lipid microspheres) Ms. Koch Hulle held positions of increasing responsibility all within the Regulatory Affairs Department. Ms. Koch Hulle received her Regulatory Affairs Certification for the United States in 1998 her Certification for European Regulatory Affairs in 2005 and achieved membership in the European Organization for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs in 2004. Ms. Koch Hulle holds a Bachelors degree in English from San Diego State University. |
