Investment Management. Lisa's practice primarily involves counseling organizations in the investment management industry, including investment companies and investment advisers.
In General. Lisa joined Drinker Biddle from Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell, LLP in Wilmington, DE where she was a business and corporate litigation associate. Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Lisa served as judicial clerk to Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Lisa earned her bachelor's degree from Villanova University in 2001 and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2004 where she was symposium editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. While at law school, Lisa also earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Lisa is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. |
