Ms. Primerano concentrates her practice in the areas of business and corporate law, with an emphasis on intellectual property law. She advises clients with respect to registering, protecting and licensing their trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property. She also has experience in litigating copyright and patent infringement actions. In addition, Ms. Primerano has experience working with businesses and not-for-profit organizations with respect to such matters as entity formation, operation, dissolution, corporate governance, financing, agreements and disputes among owners, contract disputes and litigation. Ms. Primerano additionally has experience in securities regulation and reporting, as well as experience in environmental litigation, including matters involving corporate and individual exposure to potential CERCLA liability.
