Lisa B. MacMillen is Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary. Ms. MacMillen became Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 2005. In this position she is primarily responsible for corporate governance matters. She also provides legal counsel to the Bank’s management and board of directors on policy matters and special projects. Ms. MacMillen joined the Bank in 1986 as a staff attorney and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1992 and to Vice President Associate General Counsel in 1997. She served as Senior Vice President General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 1998 to 2005. Ms. MacMillen earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Miami University and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. |
