Lisa Munoz is a managing director in the New York office of Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she specializes in the placement of attorneys in legal departments of prominent corporations and in top-tier national, international and regional law firms. Lisa earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After working in politics for several years, Lisa attended law school at The George Washington University School of Law and received her J.D. in 1997.
Lisa spent three years as an assistant district attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office before practicing corporate law as an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel and Kelley Drye & Warren. Lisa practiced corporate law for four years, and she specialized in structured finance and business reorganization. Lisa is a native Californian who enjoys the beach, skiing, running, and biking, and is currently studying improvisation. |
