Lisa A. Yerkovich has counseled clients of Ray Quinney & Nebeker in employment and labor law since 1987. Her practice areas include federal and state discrimination law, wrongful termination, employment related torts and contract litigation, employment agreements, unemployment claims, and drug and alcohol testing policies. Ms. Yerkovich obtained her law degree from the University of Wyoming after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from the University of Utah. Before entering law school, Ms. Yerkovich taught high school for seven years. A major part of Ms. Yerkovich's practice is educating clients on how to handle employment-related problems to avoid litigation. A number of organizations have benefited from Ms. Yerkovich's legal expertise, ability as a lecturer, and publisher of legal studies.
