Ms. Jacobs joined the Firm in 2007 as an associate in the Litigation Department. She has a complex commercial litigation practice which focuses on contracts and business torts, unfair competition, trade secrets, and other business litigation. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Jacobs served as a law clerk to the Honorable David W. Hagen of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. From 2004 to 2007, Ms. Jacobs was associated with Latham & Watkins LLP in its San Francisco office.

Ms. Jacobs is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in California.
EDUCATION
Ms. Jacobs received her B.A., with honors, in Comparative Literature from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000, where she was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. She received her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law in 2003, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. In law school, Ms. Jacobs received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law and International Business Transactions, the Prosser Award in Remedies, and the CALI award in Contracts and Criminal Law. |
