Lisa Grow, vice president of Delivery Engineering and Operations, has been with Idaho Power since 1987. Before her appointment to her current position, she held several engineering positions in various departments including Communications, Grid Operations, Power Production and System Planning.
She became the Transmission Scheduling Leader in 1998, Manager of Grid Operations in 2002, and General Manager of Grid Operations and Planning and Chief Compliance Officer (FERC Standards of Conduct) in late 2004.
Grow has represented the company in many industry forums such as Western Electricity Coordinating Council, National Energy Regulatory Commission and Edison Electric Institute, as well as with our regulators, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She graduated with a bachelor's of science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho in 1987.
She leads approximately 480 employees in Delivery Engineering and Operations. |
