Lisa A. Evrén joined Merrimack Pharmaceuticals in June 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Evrén was Vice President and Treasurer at Amgen, Inc. where she was responsible for capital raising, investment, and associated P&L, balance sheet and risk management areas. Prior to Amgen, Ms. Evrén held senior finance positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company and Pfizer Inc. Ms. Evrén holds a BA from Pomona College, a JD and Ll.M (Taxation) from the New York University School of Law, and is also a registered nurse. |
