Lior Samuelson's transaction experience spans over twenty years as a senior executive of financial services and operating companies. In 1999, Mr. Samuelson co-founded the Mercator Group. Prior to founding the Mercator Group, Mr. Samuelson was the CEO of PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities (PwCS), an investment bank that specialized in technology, telecommunications, healthcare and manufacturing. During his tenure as CEO of PwCS, the firm advised on more than 300 transactions and revenues increased six fold. Prior to that, he was the president and CEO of Barents group, a 400 person merchant bank and advisory firm specializing in assisting companies in emerging markets. Under Mr. Samuelson’s direction, Barents became the number one privatization advisor in the world. Mr. Samuelson was also a managing partner with KPMG, and for five years an executive with Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He also served as the CEO of Egrail, an application software company. Mr. Samuelson currently serves on boards of public and private Telecom and Technology companies. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Economics from Virginia Tech |
