Lindsey joined D.W. Simpson & Company on a part-time basis in February of 2000 as an Assistant to the Managing Principal, Dave Simpson. In September of the same year, she became an Assistant Recruiter to Partner Bob Morand and Senior Recruiter Ellen Hoppenjan. Two years later, Lindsey began working with Entry-level students as a Co-Lead Recruiter. Lindsey moved to Chicago from Rockford, IL in January of 2000 to attend Columbia College, and has since earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication with concentration in Advertising. In addition to her day-to-day recruiting responsibilities, Lindsey utilizes her knowledge in Graphic Design and Advertising to help create advertisements for D.W. Simpson, which are placed in magazines such as Contingencies, Financial Engineering News, and Actuarial Digest. Lindsey's outside interests include traveling, camping, music and yoga
