Lindsey is a member of the firm’s litigation group. She has represented clients in a variety of probate and commercial litigation matters, including will contests, guardianship/conservatorship proceedings, and surviving spousal rights at death.
Prior to joining Lindquist & Vennum, Lindsey was in private practice where her focus was estate planning, probate litigation, real estate transactions, and basic entity formation, including family limited partnerships.
Lindsey has also been a faculty member of several continuing legal education classes on basic probate procedure in Colorado. |
