Lindsey Parnell serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Interface Europe. He has overall responsibility for the Company's floorcovering operations in the United Kingdom Continental Europe the Middle East and Africa.
After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Hull University Lindsey spent seven years in the steel industry before moving onto senior operational posts in the automotive supply sector. Following three years as a management consultant with Coopers and Lybrand Lindsey joined Firth Carpets in 1996 and held the position of Production Director at the time Firth was acquired by Interface in 1997. In 1998 Lindsey was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Interface's floorcovering operations in the U.K. and in 1999 he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations for our entire European floorcovering operations. In September 2002 he was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of our floorcovering operations in Europe and he became a Vice President of Interface Inc. in October 2002.
Lindsey is a native of the United Kingdom and currently resides in Yorkshire with his wife Alison and their child Alex. |
