Lindsay M. Wills is an associate of the firm in its Corporate Department. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wills was a law clerk for the Honorable Sallyanne Floria in Superior Court, Essex County. During law school, she interned at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice and the Judge Advocate General, U.S. Army in Belgium and Virginia. In her corporate career, Ms. Wills worked at Goldman Sachs, & Co. and Lucent Technologies in New Jersey, the Netherlands and Belgium, where she worked in finance and treasury. A cum laude graduate of Washington & Lee University (1997), Ms. Wills was selected for the Lucent Technologies Financial Leadership Development Program through which she received her Master of Science in Strategic Cost Management and Entrepreneurial Finance from Babson College (1999). She earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law (2006), where she served as a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board. Ms. Wills is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a certified mediator by the State of New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts. |
