Mr. Cox has over 22 years experience in the software industry and became Managing Director of Risk Governance Limited when it was founded in 2001. The company was subsequently successfully acquired by Securac in January 2005, broadening Mr. Cox’s responsibilities to encompass Securac’s European operations and the International sales effort for Enterprise Risk Management initiatives. Previously, from 1997 to 2001 Mr. Cox was Executive Director and co-founder of Mediasurface Limited, an entrepreneurial UK Content Management software development company that grew from inception to over $19m revenue in just 4 years, and is now publicly traded on the London AIM market. From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Cox headed the software distribution division for Sybase Europe, responsible for a significant increase in sales of their development tools and associated products, throughout the region. |
