Linda develops products to meet the patient recruitment needs of life sciences companies, monitoring market trends, building partnerships, and communicating BBK's innovations for decreasing drug development cycle times. Her recent focus has been on matching the capabilities of TCN e-SystemsSM, BBK's Web-based e-business solution for streamlining patient recruitment, to the needs of clients. An engaging trainer and speaker, Linda also leads workshops at investigator meetings and presents regularly at leading industry conferences, such as the Drug Information Association (DIA) Annual Meeting and DIA Annual EuroMeeting, the Association of Clinical Research Professionals Global Conference, and the Center for Business Intelligence "Clinical Trials in Ascending Markets" conference. She has also been published in numerous trade publications, including Journal of GXP Compliance, DTC Perspectives, and Good Clinical Practice Journal. In her 7 years in patient recruitment, Linda has co-developed and cultivated such BBK innovations as study relations and Good Recruitment PracticeSM, and most recently served as a key architect of BBK's cultural adaptation services. Previously at BBK, Linda served as senior communications consultant, directing messaging and content for client patient recruitment campaigns. She also managed copy development and quality control processes for BBK's creative studio. Linda has a wealth of experience in the healthcare, communications, and environmental science fields. Before joining BBK, Linda worked in both the corporate and nonprofit arenas as a writer, editor, and project manager. She has a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from the University of Maine at Fort Kent and a master's degree in technical and science communication from Drexel University. Outside BBK, Linda is dedicated to volunteer work in supporting teens affected by alcoholism and addiction. |
