Linda Walseth provides merger and acquisition, corporate finance and financial advisory services to wireline, broadband and mobile communications clients.Ms. Walseth has over 20 years of investment industry experience and six years in financial management. Prior to joining Falkenberg Capital, Ms. Walseth was a Senior Vice President of Institutional Equities with Stifel Nicolaus, responsible for presenting investment opportunities to institutional investment managers. Prior to Stifel, Ms. Walseth was the CFO of a private company. She restructured the company and attracted a strategic partner to facilitate its enhanced growth potential. Ms. Walseth was also a co-founder and CFO of Janco Partners, a telecommunications institutional research boutique. Ms. Walseth received a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Colorado. She holds her Series 7, 63, 24 and 27 licenses. |
