Linda Rich moved to Boulder in 1983 from the Washington, D.C. area. She attended Montgomery College in Maryland and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. studying Fine Arts. Linda lives in Mapleton Hill and enjoys its close its close proximity to school, work, shopping, restaurants, bike paths and hiking trails. She has raised her 19-year-old son in this neighborhood and is currently experiencing a much quieter household, as her son moved into his own apartment.Linda worked in graphic arts upon arriving in Boulder, served for 10 years as a paralegal, and operated a home-based medical transcription business. In January of 1998 she joined Meridian Properties as administrative assistant to the owner, Jane Stebbins. Linda is also Meridian's creative director of multi-media marketing programs. She received her real estate broker's license in January of 2001 and is committed to offering Meridian Properties' clients her personal best. With 10 years of experience assisting the owner of Meridian Properties in all phases of the real estate process, Linda looks forward with enthusiasm and confidence in guiding buyers and sellers to a successful real estate transaction. |
