As President and COO, she leads the BHI consulting teams that help clients achieve peak performance of individuals, teams, and organizations. In addition, she oversees the day-to-day operations and manages the financial performance of the firm.
Throughout her career, she has worked with executives from leading companies in many different industries. She has extensive knowledge about and experience with the foodservice industry. Her specific expertise includes:

Linda joined Batrus Hollweg International in 1978 after having received her M.S. degree from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Women's Foodservice Forum, a non-profit organization that engages the foodservice industry to develop leadership talent and ensure career advancement for women. Currently, she serves on the Executive Committee and will serve as the 2008/09 Chair of the Women's Food Service Forum. |
