Linda Klemme is a Partner and member of the Financial Services Practice at CTPartners, a premier executive search firm. Linda brings two decades of investment banking experience to CTPartners. Leveraging off her long established investment banking career, Linda utilizes her extensive contacts in the financial services community encompassing both buy-side and sell-side clients in Europe and the United States. Linda’s extensive product knowledge helps her to partner and deliver unique hiring solutions to clients. Linda joins from Global Sage, a capital markets boutique recruiting firm, where she began her search career. Linda joined Global Sage from Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets Division where she spent five years as Head of Research Marketing and Sales .Linda focused on Research Relationship Management with Deutsche Bank’s priority global accounts. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Linda began her career in the Smith Barney training programme on Wall Street. She has worked as a fixed income sales person for JP Morgan (Chase Bank), HSBC, Barclay’s Capital and Greenwich Capital (RBS). For the past 20 years Linda has been based in London and covered a large account base of public sector, asset managers and hedge funds clients. Based in the London office, Linda holds a BA degree from Lake Forest College and was in the MBA programme at the University of Chicago. |
