Linda Johnson, the "First Lady of Poker," serves as a Poker Relations Consultant for the World Poker Tour. A leading poker educator, Linda has coauthored two books on the game and has taught hundreds of people how to play. A skilled professional poker player, she was the third woman in history to win a gold bracelet at the World Series of Poker. Johnson served as publisher of Card Player magazine for eight years, growing it into the most recognized and circulated poker publication on the market. She is still a columnist for Card Player, and is also a partner in CardPlayer Cruises. She is in charge of the World Poker Industry Conference and the World Poker Player's Conference, annual events that are held in Las Vegas. A frequent commentator and poker expert, Johnson actively lectures and conducts seminars on various poker-related subjects. She continues to work tirelessly promoting zero tolerance policies for player abuse and harassment at the card table, helping to affect a lasting change for the better in cardrooms and casinos everywhere.
