Linda Howitson serves as Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for worldwide human resources and organizational development. Howitson joined Cray in February 2006, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in high technology environments for both corporate and field locations. Prior to joining Cray, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Electronics, a division of Crane Company, and Director of International Human Resources for Intermec Corporation. Howitson has done extensive work in Performance Management, Organizational Development and Cultural Change/Integration after mergers and acquisitions. She holds a B.A. in Education and an M.A. in Human Resource Development from Western Michigan University. |
