Linda Gadd is an economics and psychology graduate from Lund University with an education from the school of life, as a compliment!

After various personnel roles in Skåne, she moved to Gothenburg at the start of the 80's and began her career within recruiting. During this period, Linda started and managed two well-known national and international recruiting companies.

Linda’s international experience was gained during extended stays on several continents. In Africa, she worked within aid; and in Singapore, she was active in marketing. Her last overseas position was in Vietnam where she was employed as development manager for a Swedish telecommunications company for three years.

The experience Linda gained during these periods in differing environments combined with her experience from the three major cities of Sweden has allowed her to build up a unique contact network and wide frame of reference, which benefits her clients when solving complex recruiting issues.

In her professional role, Linda is enthusiastic and strives for participation and understanding for the client's needs. Linda also aims to create longevity within both client and candidate relations.

As a SIMS consultant, Linda is based in Stockholm where she also lives with her family.
