Ms. Donner received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2002, where she was a senior research editor and articles editor of the International and Comparative Law Review and a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. In 1999, she received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she majored in political science and sociology. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
Ms. Donner was admitted to practice law in 2002.
