Prior to joining TCS Ms. Doherty has served in the roles of Practice Manager and Site Administrator for several health facilities, including Bedford Health Associates, Lamprey Health Care and Piscataqua Family Health Center. Her duties involved the oversight of operations, establishing policy and procedure manuals, budgeting, and management of JCAHO, OSHA and CLIA policies and procedures. She was responsible for compliance and risk management programs within the facilities. In the position of Site Administrator at Lamprey Health Care, she supervised Environment of Care policies for all Lamprey locations. She has assisted in the creation of new physician practices and was responsible for coordinating the construction of new facilities.
Ms. Doherty is an OSHA Authorized Trainer for General Industry through Keene State College. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (National and New Hampshire MGMA), and is a Seacoast United Way Committee Member. |
