~Linda Cogburn serves as Vice President, Property Management and Operations with Monday Properties. She oversees all aspects of property management, operations and construction in the greater Washington, DC/Northern Virginia regional portfolio. Prior to joining Monday Properties in 2007, Ms. Cogburn was Managing Director with Equity Office Properties Trust. During her nine years at Equity Office, she oversaw property management and ultimately managed Equity Office’s operations, overseeing more than 7 million square feet of office space in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Prior to joining Equity Office, Ms. Cogburn was a senior property manager with Carr America. While at Carr America, she managed the day-to-day operations of Class A commercial properties in Washington, DC. |
