Ms Christmas worked for ten years in a niche provider of psychometric testing involved in Research, Training and Quality Assurance before joining Chiltern in 1997 in a Quality Assurance role.
Her current responsibilities include the strategic development and global management of Resourcing Solutions. Linda also has responsibility for HR on a reporting basis to the GEB.
