Linda Shelby has over 30 years of experience in domestic and international real estate and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, she was a partner in Pomerantz, Shelby & Hurd in the U.S. Virgin Islands and was a Senior Counsel with Bank of America and with California State Automobile Association. Ms. Shelby graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971 with a B.A. in English. She earned her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1975. Representative Matters Represented California State Automobile Association (CSAA) in a $150 million, 255,000-sq. ft. build-to-suit transaction for CSAA's new headquarters. Represented CSAA in the purchase of a $15 million data/contact center. Represented CSAA in the lease of two 250,000+ sq. ft. data/contact centers and all aspects of demolition and build-out. Represented Bank of America in its repurchase of 50 percent interest in its World Headquarters Complex. Represented Bank of America in its purchase of a $39 million office complex. Represented Bank of America in its strategic alliance with Albertsons Supermarkets. Represented Bank of America in the negotiation of a lease for 290,000 sq. ft. of office space in Republic Plaza, Singapore. |
