Ms. Howard was appointed Director of Database Management in January 1995. She was named Vice President of the Call Center Operations in early 2000. She is responsible for developing and managing the largest employee group at SK&A, the call center. One of Ms. Howard’s many accomplishments is less than a 10% of employee turnover rate. She is responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and managing the entire call center. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Central Michigan University in Michigan. |
