Linda G. Ferguson has served as the Company's Vice President, Administration, since 1997, and as the Corporate Secretary, since May, 2005. She was the Assistant Corporate Secretary from 1997 until 2005. Ms. Ferguson has been employed by the Company since 1985 and served as the Vice President Human Resources and Secretary for Western Electrochemical Company, the Company’s former principal operating subsidiary, from 1990 until 1994, and as Assistant Secretary of that subsidiary from 1995 until 1997. Prior to joining AMPAC in 1985, Ms. Ferguson was employed as a business teacher in secondary schools and colleges in Colorado and Nevada. |
