Linda G. Alvarado has served as a director of the Company since 1987. She has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alvarado Construction, Inc., a commercial development and general contracting firm specializing in commercial, government and industrial construction, since 1976. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Qwest Communications International Inc., a telecommunications company; Pepsi Bottling Group, a soft drink and beverage company; 3M Company, a diversified technology company; and Pitney Bowes Inc., an office equipment and services company. Ms. Alvarado is also a partner in the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club.
