Linda E. Bennett, founder and owner, has been recruiting for human resources professionals since 1981. The pre-qualifying process starts with meeting the client in order to better understand the scope of the position and the corporate culture. Candidates are matched for level of experience, education and best "fit". A selected short list of resumes will be forwarded with detailed interview notes. We will assist in timely arrangements for interviews and in any negotiations that might be required. Linda received her B.A. from the University of Maine and holds certificates from continuing education programs in Human Resource staffing management. Her background includes four years in employee benefits consulting and experience in interim HR consulting. She is past president of the National Human Resources Association and is founder of the South Bay/Milpitas Affiliate; she is an active member of NCHRA, Tri-Valley HR, Northern California Employer's Roundtable, SHRM and is the current president of Women In Business San Francisco. Her community activities include past president of the American Association of University Women. Linda is a partner in Business Lynx whose flagship product, WorkForce Planner, addresses methods for strategic planning and customized dialogue for Human Resources professionals.
