Linda A. Ostergaard, Vice President, Producer Services, Rocky Mountains has served in her current capacity since our purchase of Cantera Natural, LLC in October of 2007. She is responsible for negotiating gathering and transportation contracts and daily operations and contract compliance for our gathering systems, Bighorn Gas Gathering LLC and Fort Union Gas Gathering LLC. Ms. Ostergaard joined Cantera when it was formed in June 2003 and served as Manager of Transportation and Gas Control until October 2007. Previously, Ms. Ostergaard served as Director of Transportation for eprime, inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Xcel Energy, a publicly traded local distribution company) from September 1998 through May 2003 and as Director of Transportation for Premier Energy (a private midstream company) from August 1997 through the sale of the company in September 1998. Ms. Ostergaard worked for Mountain Gas Resources and Highlands Gas Corporation, both part of the Morgan Stanley Private Equity Funds, from their inception in January 1991 through the sale of Mountain Gas in September 1993 and Highlands Gas in August 1997. Ms. Ostergaard attended Red Rocks College.
