Lin Weijie was born in January 1964. He is a senior engineer and holds a master degree in business administration. He graduated from South China University of Technology in July 1985 majoring in Power System and Automation with a bachelor’s degree. In 1997 he graduated from School of Business Administration of South China University of Technology and received a MBA degree.
Mr. Lin has been deputy general manager of Huaneng Shanghai Branch and general manager of Huaneng Shanghai Shidongkou 2nd Power Plant (2x600MW). Previously he had successively served as duty chief director of maintenance deputy general manager and general manager of Huaneng Shantou Combined Cycle Power Plant (100MW) until he was transferred to Fuzhou in 1999 and became deputy general manager of Huaneng Fuzhou Branch and deputy general manager of Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant (4x350MW) in charge of operation and construction management.
Mr. Lin is deputy director of Gas Turbine Power Generation Committee of China Electrical Engineering Association and vice chairman of Shanghai Electric Power Translator’s Association. |
