Lin Fong is a Search Consultant in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and healthcare executive search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. Lin joined the Cejka Search team in 2004 and has been responsible for ensuring the successful development and placement of physician candidates on behalf of many leading healthcare organizations. She has played a key leadership role in Cejka Search’s recruitment partnership program, through which Cejka Search delivers all physician recruitment and retention services on an outsourced basis. Lin’s personal clinical provider recruitment track record is impressive, as are the depth of her professional relationships and her ability to develop and implement recruitment process improvements throughout an organization. Prior to joining Cejka Search, Lin’s healthcare experience encompasses 20 years of senior administrative responsibilities and other experience working for healthcare facilities in the Boston area. Her background includes extensive experience in healthcare operational and financial management, human resources, staff recruitment and retention, and employee relations. Lin earned an Executive Masters in Public Administration/Business at Suffolk University in Boston, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Boston College. |
