Lily Kordic joined the Firm in January 2000 after graduating from UNLV with a Master’s of Business Administration degree with a concentration in tax. She also has an undergraduate degree in managerial finance from UNLV. As a Manager in the tax department, Kordic reviews and prepares partnership, corporate, individual, trust and non-for-profit tax returns. She is also involved in various tax planning projects, including client representation before the Internal Revenue Service and accounting service engagements for small business clients. Kordic’s area of specialization is real estate investment transactions involving partnerships and Limited Liability Companies, including IRC Sec. 1031 exchanges. Her clients range from small closely-held businesses to multimillion dollar public corporations. She is a member of the Nevada Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Outside of work, Kordic enjoys playing tennis and golf. |
