Lily joined the MPKA team following several years as a successful new homes salesperson in Houston, Texas. During her first year of sales, Lily was recognized by the Sales and Marketing Council for achieving sales in excess of $5 million. Her strong sales capabilities and excellent customer service rating continued to benefit her employers until her career change.Previously Lily worked with family members Michael Kahn and Jody Kahn Kline in commercial land sales. In addition to sales presentations, Lily utilized her strong research skills to identify and develop information on parcels for sale in the greater Houston area with TriCom Properties and ReBase, Inc.Lily has completed several training programs in the areas of sales, computer skills, real estate and law. Utilizing her strong research skills, Lily is assisting on various assignments for Sellers and Buyers. |
