Lila Tretikov is responsible for Information Technology and Operations at SugarCRM including growing and scaling Sugar On-Demand and SugarCRM services infrastructure. Lila has a rich background in enterprise software spanning multiple verticals from financial to bioengineering to high-tech. She focuses on building robust, redundant, top-performance, high-availability networks and software. Prior to coming to Sugar, Lila led development of solutions for the telecommunications space in a 24/7 high-availability geographically redundant environments for numerous fortune 500 customers. She was responsible for development of network applications for enterprise partners such as VeriSign and Sprint/Nextel. Lila has been delivering distributed enterprise software for large customers such as Bank of America and Sun Microsystems as well as led product design, development and deployment at start-up companies. Lila has research background in Computer Science and Mathematics. She studied computer science and design at University of California at Berkeley and Lomonosov Moscow State University. |
