Mr. Zhang currently serves as Pluralism Director at the Heilongjiang provincial Base of Research and Experiment in Polymer Science & Technology. He has also been appointed as a People's Representative during the 9th (1998) and 10th (2003) National People's Congress of China for his extraordinary achievement in Polymer Science and Technology. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Organic Chemistry from the Heilongjiang University and Master's Degree in Polymer Chemistry at Jilin University. Mr. Zhang was also a visiting scholar at the University of Bradford. |
