Lianna Figueroa is an associate in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Ms. Figueroa has substantial experience in the areas of business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and trust administration. Ms. Figueroa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California, her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver. Ms. Figueroa was admitted to practice law in California in 2000 and is a member of the State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
